Rental Volume is up 20% in the past two years
A new study released by Miami Apartment Finders finds that residential leasing volume in Miami / South Beach has accelerated at a rate of almost 20% over the past 24 months, which may come as a surprise to some in the industry, given how much tighter rental inventory has become since 2009.
