You:
You must have a Florida Real Estate license to schedule an interview.  The perfect candidate may have a background in real estate, retail / hospitality, or outside sales. You are honest, energetic, hardworking, and passionate about what you do, and you understand the flexibility and the upside of working on a commission basis.

The Position:
Working in a fun, energetic environment, helping our clients find a great apartment. If you're new to the business, this is a great opportunity to learn the Miami market and be trained in a successful mentoring environment. New agents can expect to earn $35,000 - $70,000 in your first year.
