This is great news for those of us living on Brickell! There’s no place to shop around here which is weird because most places with this many condos would have plenty of shopping within walking distance. Can’t wait!!!

Obviously you don’t drive to the mall very much. The nearest decent mall is Aventura and it takes half the day to go there. This is great for Brickell I just wish it didn’t take 4 years to open.

Miami has enough malls already, and the streets around Brickell are not built for more traffic. People live here because they don’t want to fight the congestion of a major city – let’s leave it that way. More construction along Brickell will eventually ruin everything.

There are three Publix on South Beach and none in downtown or Midtown, and that makes no sense. Publix should have built this store like 5 years ago. When does it open??

I live at Marina Blue and it takes 10 minutes to get out of the building. The parking garage is huge and if there’s an event at the arena across the street it’s a nightmare. The views are great and the location is ok but the city needs to do something about the neighborhood if they expect people to live here.

Rents will only go higher as landlords get payback for having to hold onto properties that are worth half what they paid for them. It’s only a matter of time.
